Construction Pools Update<\/strong>
The following UR characters will be permanently available in standard Construction Pools:<\/em>

\u203bAll UR characters will be added to both the Heavy and Special Construction Pools when they become permanently available in standard Construction Pools regardless of ship type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u203bIn standard construction pools, the combined chance to build an Ultra Rare ship is 1.2%. This chance is divided equally among all Ultra Rare ships available. Due to the addition of UR characters in standard construction pools, the chance to build Normal ships will be reduced, while the chance to build other ships remains unchanged. (Take this standard construction as an example: In a single standard construction pool, Shinano and New Jersey equally share the combined chance of 1.2%, so the construction chance is 0.6% each.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u203bAfter this maintenance, the chance to build ships of each rarity in the Heavy and Special Construction Pools will be adjusted as follows:
Ultra Rare 1.2%
Super Rare 7%
Elite 12%
Rare 51%
Normal 28.8%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u203bUR characters that have been added to standard Construction Pools will be unavailable in Event Construction Pools.
\u203bEvery time you build in any of the standard Light, Heavy, Special, or Event pools without an obtainable UR shipgirl, you gain UR Exchange points at a rate of 1 point per Wisdom Cube used (up to a total of 400.) When you use Build Tickets, the amount of points you get is equal to the number of Wisdom Cubes that that build would have cost. 400 UR Exchange points can be traded for any one of the permanently available UR shipgirls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u203bThe Exchange points count will begin after the maintenance on January 18. The Exchange points will not continue to count after reaching the upper limit (400 points).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
