You can create a Yostar Account using your email address and bind other login methods to it for easier account management.<br>Once Yostar Account is officially activated after the mandatory update in early-to-mid May, the previous login methods\u2014including Yostar Email, X, Facebook, and Apple\u2014will no longer be available as direct login options. You will need to use Yostar Account to log in to the game and manage your accounts. Third-party login methods may still be used if they are bound to your Yostar Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1920\" height=\"924\" src=\"https:\/\/azurlane.yo-star.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/help5caijian.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2341\" srcset=\"https:\/\/azurlane.yo-star.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/help5caijian.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/azurlane.yo-star.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/help5caijian-768x370.jpg 768w, https:\/\/azurlane.yo-star.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/help5caijian-1536x739.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Migrate and Bind Your Account<\/strong><br>There are currently three ways to migrate your account to the new system:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>In-Game Pop-Up<\/em><\/strong><br>If you have not yet created a Yostar Account or bound your game account to one, you will automatically receive an in-game pop-up prompting you to complete the process.<br>Please follow the instructions in the pop-up to complete the binding process, and save a screenshot for future reference once the binding is successful. After Yostar Account goes live, you will be able to use your new account to log in to the game.<br>The pop-up will reappear automatically every 7 days until the binding process is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Yostar Account Center<\/em><\/strong><br>You can also complete the migration through the Yostar Account Center website:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/account.yo-star.com\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\"><em>https:\/\/account<\/em><\/mark><\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/account.yo-star.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\"><em>.yo-star.com\/<\/em><\/mark><\/a><br>First, create a Yostar Account (or log in to your existing one). After logging in, you will be able to review and confirm your game account information. What should I do?\nA: The Yostar Account Recovery website is now live:<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/migration.yo-star.com\/?pid=US-AZURLANE\" target=\"_blank\"> https:\/\/migration.yo-star.com\/?pid=US-AZURLANE<\/a>\nLog in using your previous login method (the one you used before the mandatory update) to check your game data and see which Yostar Account is bound.\n\nQ: I no longer use the login method previously bound to my Yostar Account. How do I change it?\nA: You can manage and update your bound third-party login methods under the \"Third-party Account\" section of the Yostar Account Center website.\n\nQ: I bound the wrong game account to my Yostar Account. How can I fix this?\nA: Please contact our customer support for assistance.\n\nQ: When trying to bind a third-party account, I get an error saying it's already bound to another Yostar Account. What should I do?\nA: This means that specific third-party account is already bound to another Yostar Account. Please use a different third-party account to bind to your current Yostar Account.\n\nQ: I logged in to the game and see a brand new account instead of my own! Is my data lost?\nA: You likely logged in using an email that isn't bound to your actual Yostar Account. Please try the following:\nSwitch accounts and use the correct email (via the \"Log Out\" button on the login page, or go to Settings &gt; Account &gt; Account Management &gt; Switch Account in-game).\nGo to the Account Recovery page, log in with the original Yostar Email or third-party login method that you used before the mandatory update to check your correct Yostar Account info, and then log in to the game using those details.\nIf you still need help, please contact our customer support.\n\nQ: How do I unbind my email address from my Yostar Account?\nA: While the Yostar Account Center website does not have an option to directly unbind an email address, you can update it to a new one.
