Added the Handover function to sectors in Operation Siren; Commanders can enable this function at the entrance to a sector they have not yet entered, or from the Handover settings page;
\u203bThis function cannot be enabled when entering Operation Siren for the first time. It will become available after the monthly Operation Siren reset once the Hidden Zone Data Logger has been purchased and used;
