Yostar Account Introduction
The current login system will be replaced by the new Yostar Account system.
Yostar Account is a new account system designed to help you bind and manage your accounts across multiple Yostar-published games on the global servers in one place. You can create a Yostar Account using your email address and bind other login methods to it for easier account management.
Once Yostar Account is officially activated after the mandatory update in early-to-mid May, the previous login methods—including Yostar Email, X, Facebook, and Apple—will no longer be available as direct login options. You will need to use Yostar Account to log in to the game and manage your accounts. Third-party login methods may still be used if they are bound to your Yostar Account.

How to Migrate and Bind Your Account
There are currently three ways to migrate your account to the new system:

In-Game Pop-Up
If you have not yet created a Yostar Account or bound your game account to one, you will automatically receive an in-game pop-up prompting you to complete the process.
Please follow the instructions in the pop-up to complete the binding process, and save a screenshot for future reference once the binding is successful. After Yostar Account goes live, you will be able to use your new account to log in to the game.
The pop-up will reappear automatically every 7 days until the binding process is completed.

Yostar Account Center
You can also complete the migration through the Yostar Account Center website:

First, create a Yostar Account (or log in to your existing one). Then, go to the Azur Lane section and bind your game account there.

Account Recovery Page
You may also use the Account Recovery webpage:

Log in with your current Yostar Email or one of your currently linked third-party login methods. After logging in, you will be able to review and confirm your game account information. You can then create a Yostar Account and complete the binding process for your game data.

How to Use Yostar Account After Launch
After the mandatory update, the game’s main login page will be replaced with the new login interface.

Log In
Tap the “Log In” button and log in with your Yostar Account. You can log in with your Yostar Account email address or with third-party login methods bound to your Yostar Account, such as Facebook or Google.
Please note that logging in with a Google account is different from logging in with a Gmail address.

Log Out / Switch Account
If you log in to the wrong account, you can switch accounts by tapping the Log Out button on the left side of the main login page.
You can also log out or switch accounts in-game by going to:
Settings > Account > Account Management > Switch Account

Account Management
Through the in-game Account Management menu, you can:
Update your email address
Edit your Yostar Account nickname
Manage logged-in devices
Link third-party login methods
and more

After the mandatory update, the old in-game customer support button will be removed.

Account Recovery is now available to let you review your binding status, confirm your Yostar Account information, and, if your account has not yet been migrated, create a Yostar Account and complete the binding process for your game data.

FAQ
Q: I previously bound my account, but I forgot which Yostar Account I used. What should I do?
A: The Yostar Account Recovery website is now live: https://migration.yo-star.com/?pid=US-AZURLANE
Log in using your previous login method (the one you used before the mandatory update) to check your game data and see which Yostar Account is bound.

Q: I no longer use the login method previously bound to my Yostar Account. How do I change it?
A: You can manage and update your bound third-party login methods under the "Third-party Account" section of the Yostar Account Center website.

Q: I bound the wrong game account to my Yostar Account. How can I fix this?
A: Please contact our customer support for assistance.

Q: When trying to bind a third-party account, I get an error saying it's already bound to another Yostar Account. What should I do?
A: This means that specific third-party account is already bound to another Yostar Account. Please use a different third-party account to bind to your current Yostar Account.

Q: I logged in to the game and see a brand new account instead of my own! Is my data lost?
A: You likely logged in using an email that isn't bound to your actual Yostar Account. Please try the following:
Switch accounts and use the correct email (via the "Log Out" button on the login page, or go to Settings > Account > Account Management > Switch Account in-game).
Go to the Account Recovery page, log in with the original Yostar Email or third-party login method that you used before the mandatory update to check your correct Yostar Account info, and then log in to the game using those details.

Q: How do I unbind my email address from my Yostar Account?
A: While the Yostar Account Center website does not have an option to directly unbind an email address, you can update it to a new one. After the mandatory update, you will also be able to change your bound email address via the in-game Account Management page.
