Added the Handover function to sectors in Operation Siren; Commanders can enable this function at the entrance to a sector they have not yet entered, or from the Handover settings page;
※This function cannot be enabled when entering Operation Siren for the first time. It will become available after the monthly Operation Siren reset once the Hidden Zone Data Logger has been purchased and used;
※This function unlocks after a sector with a Corrosion Level of 6 is cleared and other requirements are met;
※This function can only be used in regular sectors and is not available in secured sectors;
※This function cannot be used at the same time as the regular Operational Handover;
