System Optimization
Added Commander Handbook. The Commander Handbook contains 3 types of missions: rookie missions, development missions, and mechanic tutorials. Completing all missions will give you Wisdom Cubes, and a Rookie Mission Invitation, which can be used to redeem one of two UR-rarity shipgirls: Shinano or New Jersey.

Reduced the number of clearances required to reach 100% Threat Elimination in Chapters 1-9 of the Main Campaign to 1 time; ※ If the progress of the relevant level is not 100% after the update, you only need to clear the level once to reach 100% Threat Elimination;

Added a custom name search function. After this maintenance, you can enter the custom name in the search bar to search;
Added a batch use function for gear boxes;
