Q: How do I purchase Packs at Yostar Top-up Center?
A: This Top-Up service is only available to players who have bound their game account to a Yostar Account. Please make sure to log in to the Yostar Top-Up Center with your bound Yostar Account. Carefully check the displayed account information, and continue with the top-up only after confirming that the information is correct.
Note:
Transactions completed through the Yostar Top-up Center are non-refundable. Please double-check and make sure that the account information is correct.
Q: What payment methods are supported by the Yostar Top-Up Center?
A: The Yostar Top-Up Center supports a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, debit cards, etc. The methods available may vary depending on your country/region. Please refer to the options displayed on the checkout page.
If you pay with Paypal, you’ll be redirected to a Paypal payment page. Click “Payment Completed’ after paying, or “Cancel Payment” if you change your mind.
If you pay with Stripe, simply fill out the information in the Stripe payment window.
Q: After paying on the website, how would I receive the items I’ve paid for?
A: Items like Gems will be automatically added to your account (with your first top-up rewards; no need for claiming). Other items like Packs will be sent to your in-game mail; please claim them manually.

A:After payment is complete, your purchase(s) will be automatically delivered to your game account. You can check the order records by clicking “Historical Orders” at the top of the Yostar Top-Up Center page.
